STUDIO POLICIES

At CAPE CORAL YOGA & PILATES we strive to provide our students and community with not only exceptional teaching and high-quality instruction but high standards in customer service and business management. 


PAYMENT FOR CLASSES:
Payment for yoga is always due at the time service is rendered.


REFUNDS & TRANSFERS:
All class cards and purchases have an expiration date and are NON-REFUNDABLE or TRANSFERABLE from one student to another. 


Refunds will not be given for classes taken or partially taken. Class cards may only be used for regular scheduled yoga classes excluding special workshops.   


SUSPENDING & HOLDING PACKAGES/SERIES:
If you choose to hold/suspend your membership, the request must be submitted a minimum of 14 days prior to your next automatic payment. Membership holds are based on your billing date.


Memberships may only be placed on hold/suspended once in a calendar year for up to three months. Payments will automatically restart/resume upon the predetermined date, unless Cape Coral Yoga & Pilates is notified of an earlier reactivation date. Memberships cannot be canceled while on hold/suspended. 


Memberships will be active for the entire month after the final payment. Cape Coral Yoga & Pilates does not pro-rate refunds or allow extensions and/or transfers for a frozen membership. Class Packages may not be extended to accommodate business travel or vacation dates.


WORKSHOP/SERIES/PROGRAMS:
A workshop/series/program deposit (IF APPLICABLE TO THE PROGRAM) and program tuition payment is REQUIRED in  full the first day of class, unless there is a specific payment plan offered and selected for the workshop/series/program that is being offered. Registration may be completed over the phone or online.


WORKSHOP/SERIES/PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS:
If you cancel 7 days prior to the workshop/series/program start date, you will be issued a refund minus a 10% workshop admin fee. No refunds, transfers  or credits for cancellations within 7 days of workshop start date. In addition, no refunds or credits for failure to attend or failure to complete workshop.


PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATIONS:
Private Sessions must be cancelled 24 hours in advance or student will be charged for the full rate of the session.


CLASS/WORKSHOP:
Cape Coral Yoga & Pilates and each independent yoga teacher reserves the right to cancel or change the date of a class, workshop or specialty class at any time. We will do our  best to notify all students by email (who opt in), Facebook, website and by verbal announcements as soon as we have made the decision.  Classes that are leqd by substitute instructors are reflected on the website and in MindBody online.  


INCLEMENT WEATHER CANCELLATIONS:
If a class is cancelled due to inclement weather, we will make an announcement on our website, Facebook and Instagram. Additionally, we will also send an email to all students who opt-in for our newsletter.


PHOTOGRAPHS:
Taking photographs of clients, instructors and fellow students is prohibited unless permission is received first.  Social media posting must be met with the same diligence.  This policy is strictly enforced.


STUDIO CONDUCT UPON ARRIVAL:

  • Arrive a few minutes prior to the start of class to allow plenty of time to check-in
  • If you have not registered and acknowledged our liability waiver, online through MindBody,  you will be required to sign a waiver prior to participating in your first class.  Please allow sufficient time to complete
  • Sign-in at the front desk
  • Remove shoes prior to entering the yoga room
  • Wipe down studio mats prior to putting away, cleaner is provided
  • Be considerate of your fellow peers and instructors. We ask that anyone not feeling well to please, honor their body, stay home and rest
