Join us on Sunday , February  1st ,  4:00pm to 5:30pm for Yoga: Pathways to Peace as we share restorative yoga poses, music, yoga nidra, meditation, breath work, and more for all who wish to find greater peace and calm in their lives. Come and learn more about how to relax using yoga and meditation. Yoga: Pathways to Peace is open to all

- even those who have never done yoga before!!

Join Lisa and Donna as they create a space of restoration, re-alignment and relaxation, using two modalities, Reiki and the Singing Bowls...

The session will begin with a soothing, guided meditation that will guide you into the present moment of self care...

Donna will play both Alchemy and Classic Singing Bowls creating a Sound Bath that will open, cleanse and balance the energetic centers of the body, mind and spirit...

Lisa will channel Reiki energy, placing hands on individually to each participant. Allowing you to receive powerful life force energies to clear and transform your energy centers...
