A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises--scientifically designed to help build your strength and maintaining health and balance in your body, mind, and spirit. In this series of twenty-six postures, it works the entire body from the inside out and is suitable for all ages and levels of ability. If you are new to hot yoga, Bikram is a great way to start. Heated 100-105 degrees.
This is a slow and deep, yet gentle practice. Yin Yoga is done primarily on the floor. Poses are held for longer periods of time, allowing gravity to open and stretch joints and muscles. This type of yoga heals and prevents injuries with a strong focus on hips, lower spine, ligaments, and bones.

It's a little more than yin and a little less than a hot flow class. We've got the heat turned down for this meditative flow that incorporates steady breath, longer holds of each posture, and easy transitions between the postures. Great place for students just dipping their toes in the yoga water!

The class builds gradually, beginning with grounding poses and joint warm-ups, then progressing through creative standing flows and transitions.
The sequence builds toward a peak posture, which is thoughtfully prepared through targeted strengthening and opening poses.

Pull out your yoga mat and get ready to do a series of movements that will stabilize and strengthen your core. The exercises are usually done in a specific order, one right after another. The movements have names, like "The 100," "Criss-Cross," the "Elephant," and the “Swan.” PIilates classes typically take 45 minutes to an hour, but you can do fewer moves in less time.
