Welcome to our beautiful studio and website. Cape Coral Yoga & Pilates is a boutique yoga studio right here in Cape Coral, Florida offering both in-studio and virtual live classes with your favorite instructors.
We offer many styles of classes including Flow, Hot Flow, Hot Yoga (26&2 / Bikram Method), Mobility classes, Mat Pilates, Gentle Yoga, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Hatha Yoga, Meditation, and Ashtanga. Cape Coral Yoga & Pilates offers a successful Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour yoga teacher training program with flexible options to be certified in-person or online.
