As a result of COVID 19 we have put many safety protocols in place to empower and protect you and our sacred space. Here are some highlights, but we suggest you acquaint yourself with all of the information on our page so that you can be fully prepared for what to expect. Please reach out to us email@example.com with any questions, we are here for you.
We have always used disinfectants proven to kill 99.9% of viruses and bacteria in our cleaning ritual. The floors will be sanitized between classes and all surfaces will be sanitized during and between classes. Hand sanitizer and disinfectant wipes will be available in every studio and throughout the space.
HIGH TOUCHING AREAS
In addition to the wipes and hand sanitizer in every studio and common space, our team will be cleaning the floors and surfaces of the lobby and restrooms during every class. The front desk area, computers, keyboards, phones, light switches, lobby benches, water-fill station, door handles, sinks, showers, shower handles and toilets will be cleaned and disinfected. Between classs, the floors will be cleaned with disinfectant so that you are always entering a clean room.
We will have 30 minutes between each class to thoroughly prepare the space for you.
COMMUNITY MAT RENTALS SUSPENDED
Props, yoga mats, and Yogitoes are temporarily unavailable. Please bring what you need with you to class.
Our staff will not be wearing a a face mask.
At this time we can only accommodate 10 mat spots. The boutique studio has 5 mat spots.
Due to our limited capacities in each class, online pre-registration will be required for all in studio classes. Walk-Ins are welcome but cannot guarantee you a spot. Please download our app onto your phone for easy booking.
HOW WAITLIST WORKS
If a class happens to be full, you can sign up for the waitlist. If you have given us your phone number you should get a text letting you know if a space has become available. You will accept or decline the spot via text. If we only have your email, then you will be signed up for that spot automatically and be sent a confirmation email.
CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION
If you cannot make it to class, that is okay. We ask you kindly to cancel your reservation so someone else can take your spot. This policy is important while we are functioning at 50% capacity to help us, as a small business, ensure that we are able to utilize every space available in our classes. Your support and understanding during this time means so much.
LOBBY AREA & SOCIAL DISTANCING PRACTICES
We added more benches in the lobby to practice social distancing.
There is hand sanitizer wipes available throughout the studio, including the restrooms, front desk, and lobby areas. In June, when they become available, wall mount hand sanitizers will be outside and inside of the door in the studio.
When arriving at Cape Coral Yoga & Pilates please see our front desk staff, and they will check you in for class.
Mats will be 6ft apart to maintain physical distancing. When you enter your studio room, you will see small green paint tape marks on the ground. You will place your mat with the green tape at the front center of your mat.
Cold lavender towels will still be available after class, we will not touch the towels, we will use prongs.
Showers are still available to use.
SNEEZING AND COUGHING IN CLASS
If you need to cough or sneeze repeatedly, we reserve the right to ask you to leave class. We understand that some people may simply have allergies, but during this time we must all act quickly and preventatively. We appreciate your understanding.
Because of this policy, we ask that you not come to class if you are struggling with allergies that may cause you to cough or sneeze regularly and especially if you have not felt well in any way.
We appreciate your cooperation with these protocols and reserve the right to ask any student to leave the studio if you do not take these steps with us to protect your fellow yogis.
If you are in a vulnerable population or are not ready to return to the studio you can continue to practice with us on ZOOM. You will find most classes will continue on Zoom. It is here to stay.
We hope that this answers all of your questions to be sure you feel prepared to return to your favorite classes. We are here for you during this time and would love the opportunity to address any of your questions and concerns .
